SiRPAC V 1.11 is attached to this email. It is a pre-release for you
only. I am hoping you would act as a guinea pig for this version :-)
I will place this version publicly available as soon as we have tested it
some more.

I ran it already through my set of test files and the literal vs. resource
determination seems to work correctly.
