Selecting events using the 'WHAs'

Syncing is difficult from arbirary sources of information

• the same event may have different identifiers
• the event may have no identifier

You can still say things like:

• the event last thursday in the ILRT meeting at 3pm local time (when, where)
• the events that the person whose email address is danbri@w3c.org was at which occured last year sometime (where, who)
